I've used this company 3 times already and love using them. Easy to order what coverage I need and get invoice promptly. Easy to pay and then get policy pretty quickly unless I need it within 48 hours, I give them a call and their customer service gets them to me immediately. I will continue to use them as their rates are competitive too. Love One Day Event Insurance!!!

I am an idiot for not checking reviews first. I purchased event insurance from the website. The money was IMMEDIATELY taken from my account. I did not receive a COI. I called the next day and an Indian man named Khaleel (sp?) answered claiming he is the manager and said they cannot insure my event and will refund me. I told him that taking my money without providing what I purchased is illegal, and if I don’t receive my refund within 24 hours I will be reporting them for fraud. He simply said “O
