Rooms were nice and comfortable but the food here is so pricey! $19 for 9 wings is crazy. Nothing besides the mall is close by. If you are here for a conference (which seems to be their bread & butter) the catered food is OK--nothing special. Arlo is delicious and has good staff but spendy. Excellently spacious, with both open air and circulated speaker/ballrooms. Areas were constantly cleaned and as comfortable as can be for size, with plenty of natural lighting in the common/intermediary areas. Staff were solid, patient, and capable, and I enjoyed the refreshments and amenities, though the pricing of the eateries within were appalling for their quality.
