Everything I envisioned came to life, simply because of “her.” She was attentive, quick with all responses, every question of mine was answered, and all around, the customer service provided was exceptional. Not only was I pleased by her competitive pricing but at day of event, I was beyond impressed. I've worked with this company a few times for some events that we threw, and it's always been quick, courteous, and budget friendly. They are local in Los Angeles and are willing to come out a reasonable distance to help set up the balloon decorations, and we've always been pleased with the work quality every time.
