I worked with State of the Art AV for an event this month in Torrance and the staff were resourceful, and very courteous during the event and leading up to. We engaged State of the Art for our annual event as a last-minute replacement after our initial vendor cancelled. While planning appeared to go smoothly and all indications suggested readiness, they failed to deliver on a critical aspect: the Livestream. This omission left us scrambling, with only Zoom recordings salvaging the situation. I have worked with State of the Art AV on two different events: one in PV and another in Long Beach. In both events, the team was quick to respond and help in creating the order for the equipment I requested, even with my little knowledge. The audio technician on-sight was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in his work. Could not recommend more.
