We were rolling east coming back from Joshua Tree National Park and were starving. I found this taco truck open until 10 PM! The gentleman greeted us and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I decided to try some new things & old things. The Torta! Wow, amazing. I loved the Telera bread, with the Asada & Al Pastor, lettuce, cilantro, jalapeño, onion, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and green sauce. Everything was delicious, fresh, and the flavor was amazing. Super solid tacos and burritos. We tried the al pastor, chorizo, and chicken, which were all great (the chicken was surprisingly excellent). The agua fresca was refreshing and didn’t taste too much like a syrup. Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
Overall had a solid experience! The Cali B burrito was huge—loaded with flavorful carne asada and crispy fries. Definitely worth ordering if you’re hungry. The Sonoran hot dog was just okay—there was a bit too much tomato, but I will say the bread was really good. Soft, fresh, and held everything together nicely. Would go back for that burrito!
