Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

Stayed in the Camelback building. Rooms was dated and in need of repair. Both issues are forgivable, But when I ran into a reservation issue with the conference organizer, the hotel staff was completely useless. Manager never gave me the courtesy of meeting me face to face. No phone call. Zero communication. Then they locked me out of the room without telling me the status of my reservation. Had to miss two client meetings to retrieve my luggage and move to a different hotel. Absolutely unforgiv

Our room was clean, bed was super comfortable and room super quiet. Never hear a door slam or noises through the wall. It was the quietest resort we’ve ever stayed in! The bathroom and sink area are very small that was the only down side and why I gave 4 stars. Also, The cost for food was very pricey. Other than that this is a great resort with a nice water park for the kids.

Pros: big rooms, nice waterpark. Grounds are beautiful and we had a very fun time with our two little boys. Cons: service, coffee shop, non-working phones. When we checked in, the girl at the desk who was on her phone the whole time and on the side complaining about another co-worker to the co-worker next to her, could not even tell us where our room was. When we arrived there were no glasses or bottle opener in room. Went to call front desk and room phone was not working. Called from cell phon
