Asking for hours is considered disrespectful. If every employee is complaining about the same thing then maybe it’s not the employees. Your emails get ignored. Your calls don’t get answered. When you complain you’re called disrespectful. Yet they can’t tell you what’s disrespectful. Yet they don’t respond to you until you get angry. Then you’re the bad guy. Pretty weird.
