Rayshon kept interrupting me when I asked him how to cancel the false alarm. I had been on hold with cox over 20 minutes trying to cancel this. His rudeness was inexcusable. When I called Green Valley, the young man on the phone was just as rude, trying to get me off the phone as quickly. I'll call Monday and raise some hell!
