This venue is located in one way non-busy area, so it’s convenient for attendees. It’s big and spacious. I’m not sure if it’s come with the bar area or not. But is a little bit blank however they have a big parking lot of from. Just review as a guest, not a planner Will share more if I ever work with the management team here
The dynamic duo, Chikae and Stephanie were AWESOME, FANTASTIC and an absolute joy to work with!! The whole experience was smooth sailing from beginning to end. They made sure that anything that was needed from napkins to parking attendants would be taken care of, and all of the in between stuff included. Our event was a great hit. People commented on what a great space it was to fit 400 people comfortably, and centrally located in the art district. Definitely must check it out. We'll be back!!
The bathrooms flooded before the event started and remained closed the whole night. Sure whatever, it happens. However, the alternative option was for us ALL to use ONE single porta potty. ONE porta potty for a party that has a bar. Massive line the whole night. Absolutely unacceptable. I was fully planning on getting several drinks during the night but the single porta potty and wait time killed any desire to drink any liquid. I didn't even want to drink water! There should've been 3 porta pott
