Imperial Party Rentals

Rented some pipe and drape from this company only to realize you have a two hour window on the return day. Had to drop everything I was doing travel across town so not occur late fees. Manager was unwilling to work with me and said read the contract. 😳

I recently rented some white folding chairs from this business and had a terrible experience. Not only were the chairs scratched but some of the seat cushions had holes in them. I called to complain that I was dissatisfied with the chairs the next business day and the sales woman Amy was very rude and inconsiderate. She had a condescending tone and did not once apologize for the inconvenience of the poor rental. I was upset about the chairs but the worst part was the lack of professionalism and

They really saved the day, and for the best price we could find! We had a last minute cancellation of our venue for our wedding and with finding a new venue ( 2 weeks before) we didnt have as much leeway with drop off and pickup of tables and chairs. They gave me a quote over $1800 cheaper than other companies. We were able to add other items we needed because of this. They were kind, helpful, and the delivery people were efficient and polite.
