I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by United Site Services. We rented a porta potty for 7 days while having construction done on our home. It has now been **15 days**, and the rental is STILL sitting in our yard, despite multiple calls and follow-ups. We've been calling **several times a day** for over a week, and every time we’re promised they will pick it up within a specific time frame—yet no one ever shows up. Do not use Unites Site Services! This company did not deliver the porta potty on the day requested. When I arrive the day after expected delivery at the job site, I had to call them to ask where it was. By the way, they had half of the full charge already. They had lost the order. The porta site at the Uber Lot 6100 Westerchester parkway is so dirty and disgusting. I called and made a complaint, and was told it would be cleaned in a couple days, and it has not. I was told it is supposed to be cleaned once a week, and that is clearly what has not been happening here.
