This company provided rentals for my daughter's wedding and I was extremely happy with their rep. However my recent interaction with them was another ordeal and totally upsetting. Originally my caterer contacted them to get a quote. After I received the first quote, I contacted the same sales rep to revise the items on the list and everytime he tried to add extra fees for delivery/set up. Our company needed barstool rentals for an event. We had such a small order, I wasn't sure if it would be possible to rent from AAA Rents & Events. The Rep I worked with came through for us. He helped with the order, kept in touch and ensured they delivered on scheduled and picked up on schedule which helped make our event a success. I will certainly go back if we ever have the need.
