My husband and I had Little Tokyo Taiyaki at are wedding as a dessert vendor during our reception and they were such a big hit with our guests! Communicating with them was extremely easy and they even were generous enough to let us come by their shop for a tasting! We ended up selecting the red bean, custard, and sweet potato fillings! SO GOOD! Got the pizza Taiyaki and didn't even know it came with a sauce. If you post a pic of your food and tag them on instagram, they'll give you a free Taiyaki! This was my first time getting a Taiyaki, and it was delicious as heck. The SAUCE was so unexpected so when I dipped my pizza Taiyaki in it, I was like holy moly this is so good??? It reminds me of Mexican salsa. I gotta come back and try their different flavors, probably one of the sweeter ones!
I’ve been coming to @littletokyotaiyaki for five years and love their taiyaki flavors. My favorites are red bean, mozzarella cheese, and chocolate. They’re personable and exude excellent customer service! They are located in a niche corner next to the Little Tokyo Market Place. Parking is in the Little Tokyo Galleri lot, and they validate parking for up to one hour as well. There are places to sit if you want to enjoy the plaza's vibes.
