Level 8 is one of the most unique nightlife and dining experiences I’ve seen in Los Angeles. The best way to describe it is something like Las Vegas-style entertainment blended with an indoor Coachella, all under one roof. From what I understand, there are eight different concepts- restaurants, bars, and entertainment spaces- all connected within the same complex. We dine in at Maison Kasai and we were a bit disappointed. The experience of getting to our table was great- friendly staff and loved the secret door. The service was great but the people we got seated with were rude and entitled, kind of ruined the vibe. The food looked better than what it tasted. The soup and salad were mehh.
