Went for a friend’s birthday and we did the birthday package. The food was okay I had the Shrimp Rasta Pasta and I wish it was seasoned more. The towers tasted a bit watered down. The hookah was meh, had to do about two refills for the night. The MC and DJ were very funny and entertaining. Photographer took very nice pictures. The sunset view was my favorite!

I never leave reviews, but the way the staff treats people at Harbor is honestly disgusting. From the moment we arrived, they were unbelievably rude, dismissive, aggressively disrespectful for no reason. It felt like they went out of their way to make people feel unwelcome. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and a whole lot of attitude. We weren’t drunk, disruptive, or doing anything wrong — yet we were spoken to rudely and like we were stupid, ignored when we asked simple questions
