Very disappointing experience with what appears to be a large transportation company in Las Vegas. I booked round-trip transportation for all three days of Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party almost immediately after last year’s festival ended. We booked 8 round trip transfers from the airport to Excalibur. Other than the delay while they waited for more seats to fill, day one went okay. We called to confirm the return pick up at 3:30 a.m. on our last day and they said the shuttle would be at our hotel at that time. We were waiting at the door at 3:15 and got a call that the shuttle was canceled, so we had to hustle across the casino to book some Ubers. Very frustrating. I would never, never, never trust this company again for my depar
