Vendors without the verified badge are still active businesses, just not yet through the document verification process.
Every booking includes the Vensho Promise. We hold your payment in escrow until 48 hours after your event, so if a vendor no-shows or fails to deliver, you can request a refund or replacement. The Promise also includes free dispute resolution support — funded by a 5% buyer service fee added at checkout.
