All Vensho bookings include escrow protection: funds are held until 48 hours after your event.
Vendors with the green "Verified" badge have completed business-license + insurance verification. All food truck vendors on Vensho are real businesses sourced from public records, with reviews aggregated from Google and our own platform. Vendors without the verified badge are still active businesses, just not yet through the document verification process.
Every booking includes the Vensho Promise. We hold your payment in escrow until 48 hours after your event, so if a vendor no-shows or fails to deliver, you can request a refund or replacement. The Promise also includes free dispute resolution support — funded by a 5% buyer service fee added at checkout.
